We focus on application of hydraulic cold drawing technology and is a pioneer in this industry and service with annual output of about 15000 M.Tons.Hydraulic cold dawn seamless tube is a kind of high precision seamless tube that is cold drawn from hot rolled seamless steel pipes.Through hydraulic cold drawing process and designed heat treating process,the sizes&size tolerance and mechanical properties are changed to satisfy customers’ technical requirements for application.The regular size range of hydraulic cold drawn tubes we regular produce is 65mm-325mm(OD),60mm-300mm(ID) and 4mm-41mm(W.T). Out of roundness of ID can be controlled at 0.05mm-0.15mm, the tolerance of W.T can be controlled at +/-5%,and the roughness of internal surface for un-heat-treated tubes can be 0.8um-1.2um. The max length is upto 13.8 meters.
