①Inspection of raw material pipe: Chemical analysis,surface inspection,Tolerance of W.T:+/-8%, tolerance of OD:+/-0.75%。
②Inspection of pickling and lubrication
③Inspection after cold drawing: size&size tolerance,and internal&external surface.
④Tensile test: tensile strength,yield strength,elongation,hardness,flattening
⑤Inspection of straightness:horizontal straightness by device and vertical straightness by naked eyes.
⑥Polishing&inspection:external surface check.
⑦Second cold drawing:Size&size tolerance,internal&external surface.

Instructions about OD,ID,W.T,straightness of tubes:
1. Tolerance of OD will be as per standard specification,if there no specific requirement. ID tolerance as per customers’ requirements.
2. Ovality of ID: 0.15mm max.
3. Tolerance of W.T: +/-5%
4. Straightness: 0.5mm/1000mm max for tubes below 3m, 0.8mm/1000mm for tubes between 3m and 6m,1.2mm/1000mm for tubes between 6m and 9m

well as aftersales services.

1. Traceability of product: Inspection of raw material,Mill Test Certificate of raw material,management of stock ensure that we can track

each piece of tube we produce and ship.

2. Control of production procedure: There are inspections and inspection records in different manufacturing stages and this ensures that

each piece of problem tube is rejected in our workshop.

3. Control of finished tubes:A final overall inspection will be carried out to ensure the overall quality of tubes.Based on this, we will issue

our Mill Test Certificate to our customers.

We ensure stable quality through stablizing the sourcing channel of raw material and strict in house test&inspection system.

Based on stable quality, we adpoted hot phosphating procedure, use high quality alloy steel modules with regulated dialy maintenance, and better packing material to ensure that the tubes are of better internal&external surface quality,more strict size tolerance,better appearance,and under better proection&storage.

As an important part of quality control system in our company,the inspection range covers general test items like chemical analysis,tensile test,hardness test,and special requirements like impact test,metallographic test,etc. We can accept any world famous third party inspection authorities like SGS,BV,Intertek Moody,etc. Customers can also authorize us to appoint third party inspection authorities and we ensure the qualification of these authorities who are all national certified professional labs in world famous enterprises

1.Hydraulic cold drawing bench

Hydraulic cold drawn high precision steel tubes are widely used to manufacture hydraulic cylinder barrels,while hydraulic cold drawing bench is the core equipment used to produce this kind of tubes.We have 1 set of 300 tons hydraulic cold drawing bench and full sets modules that can be used to produce tubes with OD of 325mm max,ID of 300mm max,W.T of 36mm max,and length of 13.8 meters max.

2、Skiving&roller burnishing machine

Skiving&roller burnishing machine is specially used for high precision treatment of tube surface. Our skiving&roller burnishing machine is of US version and its skiving knife is fixed hence ensure straightness of tubes. The higher hardness and better roughness of internal surface after skiving&roller burnishing can improve the using life of tubes.This SRB machine is input to provide better service for end customers.

3、Polishing machine

The polishing machine is mainly used for external surface polishing of tubes. To satisfy the end customers’ strict requirement about external surface,we do polishing to tubes and ensure the perfect external surface.Polishing not only brings better quality tubes but also

save the cost of our customers.

Mechanical tubings are widely used in engineering and auto spare parts.Based on application of hydraulic cold drawing technology and honing technology, we mainly produce medium and big size high precision seamless carbon steel and alloy steel tubes as well as rough honed tubes. We can carried out production as per customers’requirements of OD*ID,ID*W.T,OD*W.T and supply tubes with delivery conditions of +C,+LC,+SR,+A,and +N.
