We focus on application of hydraulic cold drawing technology and is a pioneer in this industry and service with annual output of about 15000 M.Tons.Hydraulic cold dawn seamless tube is a kind of high precision seamless tube that is cold drawn from hot rolled seamless steel pipes.Through hydraulic cold drawing process and designed heat treating process,the sizes&size tolerance and mechanical properties are changed to satisfy customers’ technical requirements for application.The regular size range of hydraulic cold drawn tubes we regular produce is 65mm-325mm(OD),60mm-300mm(ID) and 4mm-41mm(W.T). Out of roundness of ID can be controlled at 0.05mm-0.15mm, the tolerance of W.T can be controlled at +/-5%,and the roughness of internal surface for un-heat-treated tubes can be 0.8um-1.2um. The max length is upto 13.8 meters.

Skiving&roller burnishing technology is a new technology for production of hydraulic cylinder barrels. It provides us more efficiency,much better roughness of bore,and internal surface hardness through full automatic operation. Our skiving&roller burnishing machine is of US version and can ensure better straightness of tubes and bore roughness of 0.2um max. In our company, only metric sizes with ID like 70mm,80mm,90mm,100mm,till 300mm can be skived&roller burnished.
